Apple Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups quartered apples
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 6 egg whites
- nutmeg and lemon juice
Instructions
Steam apples; add butter, sugar, yolks of eggs and flavoring. Cool, cut and fold in beaten whites, turn into greased pudding dish, and bake in a moderate oven. Serve with sugar and cream.
