Broiled Lobster Recipe
Split 3 lively lobsters, by holding each one with a hand-brush broom, and with a sharp knife begin at the head and cleave clear through. Remove intestines and black vein, dust with bread crumbs and broil flesh side toward heat about 12 minutes. Dot with butter and send to table, in the shell, with sauce in a boat. Melt 1 cup butter; add 2 tbsps. minced parsley, 2 tbsps. lemon juice, 1/4 teasp. salt, same of paprika, and a little freshly ground black pepper. Use the pepper mill for this.
